PERSONAL DRIVER

What you'll be doing

· Responsible for safety of passengers and vehicles, follow and comply with all roads and traffic rules.

· Ensure punctuality for all pick-ups and drop-offs, following pre-arranged schedules or instructions.

· Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle, handling luggage and ensuring overall comfort when required.

· Ensure the vehicle is properly secured/locked when parked and to check that the vehicle is in good and safe condition before any journey.

· Safely keep receipts for toll, petrol, parking, vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records.

· Keep an up-to-date record for daily travelling done in the logbook.

· Maintain roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle, its cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle (fuel, oil, tire pressure, brakes, etc), routine maintenance, car wash and vacuuming is being done and recorded at all times.

· Schedule and send the vehicle for routine servicing and maintenance at the designated workshop.

· Ensure road tax and insurance renewals and/or RIMV inspection is done in order to avoid any work disruption.

· File an official report immediately for any accident and/or damage done to the vehicle, third party and/or third-party property involved to the nearest police station.

· Undertakes any other tasks and assignments if required.

· Exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director’s movements and personal matters.



What we're looking for

· Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.

· Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Personal Driver of similar role.

· Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on safety.

· Be knowledgeable of Klang Valley routes.

· Maintain alertness and be aware of surroundings to prevent security risks.

· Able to communicate in English is a must.

· Be available for flexible working hours as well as be standby and on call for overtime and outstation travelling on weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays if necessary (overtime will be paid).

· Display courteous, respectful, and professional behaviour at all times, reflecting a high standard of personal and professional conduct while adhering to any specific preferences of the Director.
