Personal Sales Banker | Based at Setiawangsa Branch

Job Benefits:

Must Have Criteria:
- 3 years sales experience in banking industry.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and conversational in English.
- Happy to work in bank.
- Able to travel for roadshow.

Job Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with clients and promoting our bancassurance products.
- Conducting financial assessments to understand clients' needs and goals.
- Developing customized solutions to meet clients' specific financial needs.
- Closing sales and meeting performance targets.
- Approaching customers at branch, conduct telemarketing activities, conduct social media marketing and attend roadshows.
- Achieving KPI and sales target given.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any fields.
- 3 year sales experience in banking with good sales track record.
- Welcome anyone who has exposure in sales from different industries.
- Embrace performance driven sales culture.
- Preferably posses own transportation.
- Willing to Travel and cover surrounding branches.
- Possess good personal record without ccris and ctos issue.
- Possess with PCE/ PCIL/ CEILLI banking license.
