Planner (Production Material Control)

Job Description:
-Responsible for establishing Production Plans based on Customer PO to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.
-Responsible for establishing raw material requirements based on the Production Plan and raising purchase requisition.
-Liaise with the Production Manager on the requirements of production, and labor availability and keep track of production performance with the Production Plan.
-Liaise with the Purchasing Department to ensure the required materials are purchased on time.
-To liaise with the Production Manager or Supervisor to ensure machinery and mold are available for Production.
-Establish a weekly production schedule for each machine.
-To support & maintain the quality & environmental management system.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing PMC (Production, Material, and Control).
-Familiarity with SAP (ERP) operations preferred, especially experience in injection molding plant will be an added advantage.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office software usage.
-Strong coordination and communication skills, able to handle situations calmly and decisively.
-Strong customer service orientation, clear thinking, a strong willingness, and the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.
