Planning Executive

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to support on-time order delivery.

Monitor production progress against the plan and highlight delays or risks.

Update and adjust production plans when there are changes in orders, capacity, or material availability.

Monitor inventory levels and plan material requirements to support production needs.

Coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, QC, and R&D to ensure schedules are aligned.

Assist in prioritising production orders based on deadlines and operational constraints.

Track and compile planning-related KPIs such as output vs plan, yield variances, and production losses.

Prepare regular planning and status reports for management.



Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in production planning or supply chain planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong working knowledge of SAP (planning, inventory, or production-related modules).

Good numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.

Able to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and changes in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adjust plans when issues arise.

Clear and effective communication skills for cross-department coordination.

Experience in food manufacturing is an added advantage.

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
