Procurement Coordinator

Job Description:
You will support the design and optimization of Source to Contract (S2C) Processes.
You will support implementation of Procurement Systems and Tools in the S2C domain.
You will work with different process owners and departments to gather requirements, design specifications according to new or improved process workflows, develop training scripts/ documentation for End User Training.
You will measure efficiency metrics/ tools across multiple procurement functions/ categories teams, and Partner closely with Analytics team in creating new or improving existing Procurement PowerBI dashboards for these metrics.

; Requirements:- Requirement:

-Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, focusing on Source-to-Contract process, Strategic improvements, Strategic Sourcing, or Project Management in the Procurement field.

-Experience in policy and process design and improvements, authoring SOPs, platform enhancement, and new systems assessment and testing.

-Experience in data analytics using excel, gsheet (pivot tables, excel formulas, large data sets). Familiarity with key metrics for source-to-contract processes is a plus.
