Job Description

What you'll be doing

[A] Purchasing Responsibilities

Supplier Sourcing & Management

Source, evaluate, select, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain strong supplier relationships and performance.

Pricing, Cost Control & Quotation Support

Prepare quotations, conduct price comparisons, and identify cost-saving or cost-avoidance opportunities in line with management guidelines.

Purchasing, Delivery & Compliance

Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, manage logistics documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies, SECC, and ISO requirements.

Coordination, Reporting & Data Management

Work closely with internal teams, maintain accurate procurement records, prepare reports, and support finance with invoice and data verification.

Professional Conduct & Confidentiality

Uphold ethical standards, professionalism, transparency, and strict confidentiality of pricing and supplier information.



[B] Administrative Support

Administrative, Dispatch & Documentation Management

Support reception, supervise dispatch staff, manage interbranch document flow, handle export/import and shipping documents, coordinate banking errands, government matters, and general administrative duties.

Operations, Vehicle & Facilities Management

Support manages company vehicles, transport arrangements, servicing, insurance, fuel records, office equipment, stationery, facilities maintenance, safety compliance, and internal communication.

HR, Finance & Event Support

Support HR and finance activities, including staff documentation, uniforms, foreign worker matters, banking transactions, internal coordination, event organization, special projects, and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.



What we're looking for

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support.

Skilled in supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, and delivery coordination.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP or procurement systems.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).

Possess a valid driving license and willing to run official errands (e.g. banking, government matters, etc.).

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with professionalism and confidentiality.
