Job Description

1.物料采购管控：负责机电工程材料、五金物资、工程耗材的询价、比价、下单、跟单，保障现场施工物料不间断供应。

2.供应商管理：维护现有合作供应商，对账、售后、品质异常协调处理；每月开发优质新供应商，建立备用资源库。

3.成本合规管控：严格执行三家比价制度，把控市场价格，控制采购成本，杜绝高价采购、私自定点采购。

4.台账单据管理：采购单据、报价单、收货单、合同资料规整归档，台账清晰、数据准确，配合公司审核流程。

5.跨部门对接：对接工程部、行政部，接收物资需求，跟进物料到货进度，及时反馈异常问题。

6.完成上级交办的其他采购相关合理事务。
