Procurement Executive

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
2–4 years’ experience in procurement (construction preferred)
Good negotiation and coordination skills
Familiar with supplier terms and project timelines
Responsibilities

Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers/vendors
Ensure timely delivery of materials for project sites
Prepare purchase orders and documentation
Maintain accurate procurement records and cost tracking
