Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle procurement activities including RFQ, RFP, tender exercises, quotation evaluation, purchase order issuance, and contract administration.
Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, including conducting due diligence on financial stability, compliance, and capability.
Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, delivery terms, service levels, and contractual conditions to achieve best value.
Plan and execute tender processes, including preparation of tender documents, bid evaluation, and award recommendations.
Ensure accurate and timely issuance of purchase orders in compliance with approved budgets, contracts, and procurement policies.
Draft Letters of Award (LOA) and contracts, coordinating with internal stakeholders and legal where necessary.
Develop and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships to support business objectives.
Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations, and manage issue resolution.
Conduct market research, benchmarking, and cost analysis to support informed procurement decisions.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procurement SOP, Limit of Authority (LOA), and regulatory requirements.
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization opportunities.
Prepare procurement reports, analysis, and documentation to support management decision-making.
Act as a key reference point for procurement policies, processes, and systems.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
General Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Good command of spoken and written English.
· Added advantage: Experience in construction or project-based procurement environments.
For Procurement Executive
· Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing.
· Basic understanding of procurement processes, including RFQ/RFP, quotation comparison, and purchase order processing.
· Able to execute routine procurement activities with guidance and within established SOPs.
· Good coordination and communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
· Possesses basic negotiation and analytical skills.
· Detail-oriented with good documentation and record-keeping practices.
For Senior Procurement Executive
· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in a fast-paced or project-based environment.
· Strong end-to-end procurement knowledge, including sourcing strategy, tender management, and contract administration.
· Proven ability to manage multiple procurement projects independently and meet tight timelines.
· Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to achieve cost savings and commercial value.
· Experienced in supplier sourcing, evaluation, performance management, and risk assessment.
· Good understanding of procurement governance, policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform cost analysis, benchmarking, and reporting.
· Capable of guiding junior team members and acting as a key point of reference within the team.
