Procurement Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Purchase of technical equipment, component, materials and supplies;

Source and evaluate suppliers to negotiate for best price, terms, meeting requestors’ specification and delivery schedule;

Plan and issue Purchase Order in accordance with production plan and delivery schedule;

Ensure timely deliverability of purchase materials, include manage the logistics if required;

Works closely with vendor for delivery program;

Manage supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness;

Monitor supply markets and trends such price changes and shortages of supply, communicate with management on any significant factors that could affect the purchase price.



Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

Required skill(s): AUTOCOUNT software and Microsoft Office.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking management.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

Preferably with experience in purchase engineering material.

Fast learner, able to work with minimum supervision.
