Job Description
Plans, sources, and negotiates the purchase of raw ingredients, packaging materials, beverages, and operational supplies to ensure high quality and cost efficiency. Responsible for overseeing Supplier relations and storage details for the company. Their duties include evaluating brand and target audience to determine what products to order, monitoring delivery times from suppliers, monitor quality and quantity from suppliers, hiring and training purchasing, receiving and storage staff members to carry out the required tasks.
