Product Design/R&D Assistant (Furniture Development)

Responsibilities:
· Research and develop new designs using Inventor and Key shot for rendering.
· Drafting cost estimates. (Panel List, Board List, Cut List, Edging List, Hardware List, Packing Arrangement, CBM, estimate weight calculation, Assemble Instruction-AI)
· Analyse and improve existing design
· Identify and resolve technical issues during production, including troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of issues
· Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as product specifications and assembly instructions.
· Conduct testing and analysis to ensure product performance meets company standards, including material testing and product safety testing (ASTM- Anti Tipping Test, Drop test)
· Coordinating production workflow.
· Obtain output information, prepare and submit status and performance reports (number of finished products, percentage of defectives, etc.)

Requirements:
· Experience candidates encouraging to apply.
· Good Communication skills.
· Skilled in AutoCAD / Autodesk Inventor / Carol draw or Any 3D Software
· Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
· Must be able to work well in a team environment
· Mandarin Speaking is advantage
· Salary Range will pay according to the experience
