Product Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the system development of vehicle powertrain, body, interior, exterior, chassis, and air conditioning systems.

Involve in designing technical solutions, establishing technical standards, resolving product quality issues, and overseeing localization development.

Manage supplier technical coordination and ensure compliance with development requirements.

Oversee and ensure the timely execution of product development milestones, aligning with project timelines and business objectives.

Contribute to process enhancement through data-driven analysis and validation.

Participate in technical research to align with product objectives and performance standards.



Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Automation, Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related field.

Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply the position.

Candidates with relevant experience (e.g., in OEM or vehicle and component development processes) is a plus.

Project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive technical innovation.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and product performance in automotive development.

Possess own transportation is preferred.
