Job Description

Support on Tester Handling (Advantest V93k), Linux Programming, Lot Disposition & Yield analytic.

Support NPI Test Program manual testing with engineering guideline.

Perform low yield/ QA verification and lot disposition.

Trouble-shooting of test-setup/ hardware and perform simple debugging on tester.

Assist in various yield/ quality/ productivity/ product or process, improvement projects.

Assist in new device/ system/ hardware qualifications and supervision of engineering lots.

Perform minor test program modification and evaluation.
