Production Admin

Job Description
-Raise Purchase Requisition to purchase raw materials and components required for productions.
-Maintain daily production yield report.
-Compile monthly reports like volume report, man-hours report, and yield report.
-Monitor the timely deliveries of raw materials and components to meet production plan.
-Maintain and update the BOMs and cost calculation for all products.
-Liaise with Finance on all cost problems/issues in Production Order.
-Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
-Diploma/degree holder in related field.
-Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in food factory or relevant industries.
-Familiar with FMCG working environment.
-Required language(s): English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
