Job Summary
The Production Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the production team, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth workflow, and timely reporting in a CNC machining environment. This role acts as a bridge between planning, production, purchasing, and quality departments.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, issue, and track production work orders and job travelers

Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation

Update production status, output, and delivery schedules

Coordinate with production planner and supervisors on daily activities

Assist in monitoring material availability and job progress

Support purchasing and store with production-related documentation

Maintain CNC program, drawing, and revision records (controlled copies)

Assist in preparing production KPI reports (OTD, output, efficiency)

Handle general administrative tasks related to the production department

Support ISO documentation and audits

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related field

Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing or production administration

Basic understanding of CNC machining environment is an advantage

Able to read basic engineering drawings is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting
