Production Engineer/ Executive

The Production Engineer is reporting to Production Manager, and the Production Engineer will be responsible for the following, i.e.

Monitor and optimize daily production processes to achieve targets for quality, output, and efficiency.

Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and material availability.

Analyze production data to identify process improvements, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout production operations.

Conduct process evaluations and support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and planning teams to ensure seamless production flow and timely issue resolution.

Prepare and maintain technical reports, including production performance, yield analysis, and root cause investigations.

Support the implementation of new equipment, processes, or technology upgrades in the production line.
