Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production activities for metal fabrication, assembly, and modular system manufacturing

Monitor production output, quality, and delivery timelines to meet project requirements

Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to reduce cost and lead time

Troubleshoot production issues including fabrication defects, assembly errors, and machine downtime

Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process flow documentation

Coordinate closely with design, project, and installation teams to ensure manufacturability and smooth project execution

Support customization and project-based production for data center clients

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements

Train and guide production workers to improve productivity and workmanship
