Production Executive

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, coordinate and monitor daily production schedule.

· Supervise production workers and ensure productivity targets are met

· Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Halal requirements

· Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage

· Coordinate with QA/QC, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.

· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety practices in production area

· Prepare production reports and documentation

· Troubleshoot production issues and improve workflow efficiency

· Train and guide production staff on SOP and safety procedures

Job Requirements

· Diploma / Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field

· At least 2 years experience in food manufacturing production

· Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Halal practices

· Good leadership and problem-solving skills

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Willing to work on shift if required

· Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting)

· Able to communicate with clients in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
