PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE, PLANNER (FOOD SCIENCE)

What you'll be doing
-Develop, implement and optimise production plans and schedules to meet customer orders and inventory targets
-Monitor and analyse production data to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality assurance (QA) and engineering (R&D), to resolve production issues and ensure seamless operations
-Maintain and update production records, KPIs and reporting to provide visibility on performance
-Support the implementation of new products, processes and technologies to enhance our manufacturing capabilities
-Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety, quality and environmental regulations

What we're looking for
-Degree in Food Science, Engineering or a related field
-Minimum 3 years' experience in a production planning or scheduling role within the food manufacturing industry but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production data and identify optimisation opportunities
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively coordinate cross-functional activities
-Proficient in using production planning and scheduling software, as well as MS Office applications
-Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g. HACCP, ISO 22000)
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
