Production Executive (Planning)

Job Description:

Develop and monitor production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.

Plan and prepare monthly raw material requirements to ensure sufficient stock availability.

Verify material availability and confirm delivery status through the company’s ERP system and physical stock checks.

Issue and coordinate job orders with relevant departments.

Liaise closely with other departments on lead times, schedules, and material planning.

Support ISO and QEMS documentation and compliance matters with the Document Controller.

Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.



Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in any related field and/or at least 1 year of planning experience.

Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Working knowledge of ERP systems and ISO/QEMS requirements.

Strong coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
