Production Executive

Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to achieve output, quality, and on-time delivery targets.

Monitor and continuously improve key performance indicators such as man-hour per piece, productivity, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and process cycle time.

Lead structured problem-solving initiatives (5 Why, Ishikawa, PDCA) to reduce defects, scrap, rework, and machine downtime.

Ensure full compliance with Safety requirements, 5S practices, SOP, Work Instructions, and IATF 16949 standards.

Coordinate closely with Maintenance, QA/QC, and Planning teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow.

Support new model introduction (NMI), including line setup, jig and fixture improvements, and layout optimization.

Drive Kaizen activities, cost reduction programs, waste elimination, Karakuri implementation, and digitalization initiatives.

Support internal and external audit activities and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
