Production Leader

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise production operators to achieve daily and monthly production targets
Ensure production processes comply with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards
Monitor production output, downtime, and efficiency; take corrective actions when required
Coordinate with QAQC, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning teams to resolve issues
Implement continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Kaizen)

Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and materials

Train, guide, and evaluate production staff performance

Maintain accurate production reports and documentation

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial) or related field
3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision

Experience leading shop-floor teams in a structured manufacturing environment
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety practices
Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
