Requirements:
There are two (2) vacancies available for this position.
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, production planning, chemical engineering or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot table, data analysis, vlookup.
SAP system knowledge is an advantage.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Trustworthy, quick thinking, strong organization skills and an analytic mindset.
Ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity.
Job Description:
Production Planning
Coordination with sales team and warehouse regarding any urgent order to slot in and push for preparation and sending raw material to production team.
Coordination with R&D team regarding any special adjust or revise in recipe for new product to be produce, checking raw material and follow up for sample of new product preparation for shipment.
Production scheduling, checking availability of raw material need, checking availability of reactor, adjustment tank and packaging need and scheduling progress tracking with production team.
Management of product inventory control in term of reducing stock in hands due to short shelf by blending the stock in production with mixing ratio given by R&D team.
Management of sample required by remark in schedule or coordinate with production or warehouse team to prepare for shipment
Management of isotank movement in term of fixing allocate different isotank with different products and monitor leftover inside the isotank after pull back from customer to avoid any quality issue happen.
Follow up items to be delivery as per Purchase Order.
Documentation and data filling
Handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.
Logistics Planning
Manage finished product shipment and transportation control.
Receive and check invoices from transporters, forwarders, and hauliers according to shipments sent.
Manage transportation by comparing lorry prices from different transporters based on product quantity, delivery location, customer arrival time, and lorry sizes prior to transportation booking.
Coordinate with business districts and transportation operations for further planning on lorry and isotank operation flow, including time progress from pumping process until trucking out to customers.
Handle product labeling by checking necessary information before printing and updating labels when required.
Print domestic sales orders and check delivery lists and Certificates of Analysis (COA) before shipment.
Coordinate with transportation vendors (existing and new) regarding quotations and required services.
Coordinate with relevant departments before preparing documents related to product stock availability.
Perform documentation and data entry.
Carry out other tasks and duties as assigned by the superior.
