Production Material Control Executive

Key Responsibilities

Production & Auto Count System Control

1. Manage and monitor the Auto Count System to ensure accurate tracking of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

2. Verify production input, output, yield, and variance data captured by the Auto Count System.

3. Investigate discrepancies between system data and physical stock, and initiate corrective actions.

4. Support production teams in resolving Auto Count System issues during daily operations.

Material Planning & Inventory Control

1. Plan raw material and packaging material requirements based on production schedules.

2. Ensure sufficient stock availability to support uninterrupted production.

3. Monitor material consumption and minimize variance, waste, and over-usage.

4. Coordinate with Warehouse for material issuance, returns, and stock reconciliation.

Production Coordination

1. Coordinate production plans between MG1 and MG2, including output alignment and stock transfers.

2. Monitor daily production progress and highlight risks affecting production targets.

3. Support production rescheduling during breakdowns, delays, or manpower constraints.

4. Documentation, Traceability & Compliance

5. Ensure all Auto Count System records support traceability, batch control, and lot tracking.

6. Prepare and maintain production, material, and inventory reports for management review.

7. Support internal and external audits related to BRC, HACCP, HALAL, GMP, and inventory control.

Communication & Continuous Improvement

1. Communicate closely with Production, QA, Warehouse, Engineering, and Logistics to resolve issues promptly.

2. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve system accuracy and process efficiency.

3. Propose improvements to Auto Count System usage and production-material workflows.





General Responsibilities

1. Carry out ad hoc tasks assigned by HOD or Management.

2. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and food safety requirements.

Qualifications

More than two years of work experience, bachelor degree, diligent and eager to lean.
