Production Operator

*Maintain proper documentation and records

*Coordinate internal communication and support various departments

*Operate and perform setup for rotary die-cutting machines, flatbed die-cutting machines, laminating machines, and slitting equipment

*Handle machine setup, alignment, tooling adjustment, material loading, and production changeover

*Produce die-cutting products according to work orders, engineering drawings, and quality specifications

*Perform self-inspection and in-process quality checks to prevent defects and ensure product accuracy

*Troubleshoot common die-cutting defects including misalignment, burrs, glue overflow, deformation, and dimensional deviation

*Maintain machine cleanliness, daily maintenance, and production records

*Support process improvement and minimize material wastage

*Coordinate with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve production abnormalities

*Comply with SOP, safety requirements, and 5S standards

*Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
