Production Planner

任职资格
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing scheduling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production data analysis
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
Experience in manufacturing environment
Knowledge of inventory planning and demand forecasting

岗位职责
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders and demand
forecasts
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure availability of raw materials
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to minimize delays
Analyze production capacity and optimize resource allocation
Track inventory levels of raw materials, work-inprogress, and finished goods
Collaborate with production supervisors to ensure schedules are followed
Identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions
Prepare production reports and performance analysis for management
