Production Planning & Control Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
-Develop and implement production plans, material planning, inventory control, work-in-process tracking, capacity planning, and variance control.
-Manage production scheduling to ensure timely delivery while minimizing inventory.
-Observe department performance, provide guidance, and step in when necessary.
-Lead, train, and support team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
-Identify improvement opportunities within the department to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and maintain continuous improvement.
-Monitor and report on key performance indicators to support informed decision-making.
-Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For
-Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
-At least 5 years’ experience in production control and planning, with team leadership responsibility.
-Strong knowledge and experience in manufacturing operations, material handling, and shipping/receiving.
-Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
-Leadership and team management capabilities to guide and develop staff.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
