Production Planning Executive

Production & Supply Chain Planning:

· Ensure the smooth flow of the internal supply chain, including customer order acceptance, raw material availability, production planning, packing materials, loading execution, and final order fulfillment.

· Develop, maintain, and update the Master Production Schedule to ensure efficient utilization of manufacturing facilities.

· Coordinate production plans in line with material, labor, and equipment availability.

· Estimate material, equipment, and manpower requirements to meet production targets.

Material Planning & Coordination:

· Schedule and coordinate material requirements with the Purchasing/Procurement department to ensure timely availability of raw and packing materials.

· Liaise closely with procurement to confirm material supply is sufficient to meet production and demand requirements.

· Ensure materials are available on time to support both production and packing deadlines.

Production Monitoring & Control:

· Monitor daily production activities against approved plans and adjust schedules as necessary.

· Closely track production progress to ensure activities are aligned with planned schedules.

· Collaborate daily with relevant departments to keep production plans on track and prevent overproduction.

· Update order-wise completion status in the Time and Action calendar.

· Implement schedule changes promptly to ensure delivery deadlines are met and communicate any changes to relevant stakeholders.
