Production Planning Officer

1) Accurately input SAO into the system to provide source data for production scheduling.

2) Carefully verify each production schedule to ensure it matches sales orders and production capacity, reporting any discrepancies promptly.

3) Precisely calculate the required quantities for various materials needed for each scheduled order.

4) Promptly check the inventory levels of these materials and submit purchase requisitions based on the Material Requirements Planning or safety stock standards to prevent production disruptions.

5) Organize and archive relevant planning data, procurement documents, and mark printing records.

6) Maintain good communication with warehouses, procurement, and packaging workshops to coordinate and resolve basic issues encountered in daily plan execution.
