Production Supervisor

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise line leaders and workers on daily production activities.

Ensure production follows SOP and product standards.

Meet daily production targets and schedules.

Conduct daily team briefings.

Arrange manpower and materials for production.

Monitor output, quality, and yield.

Ensure food safety and CCP compliance.

Handle machine and process problems.

Monitor staff performance and discipline.

Ensure safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.

Support audits and product trials.

Check QC reports and take action when needed.

Monitor WIP and report to management.

Perform other tasks assigned by superior.


Job Qualifications and requirement:

Minimum 1 year of experience in production supervision, preferably in food processing or manufacturing.

Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Allergen control, and HALAL standards.

Ability to manage production processes and lead line staff effectively.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of finished product specs and SOPs.

Team player with leadership and motivational skills.

Excellent oral communication and interpersonal awareness.

Shows initiative, attention to detail, and personal integrity.

Proficient in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.).

Ability to empower and support team members.
