Production Supervisor

Work Experience
-Two years or above in relevant field

Education Requirements
-Diploma and above

Language Requirements
-Professional Working Proficiency in English, Malay
-Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is advantage but not compulsory (to communicate with Mandarin colleague speaker from Taiwan and China)


Job Description

1. Production Arrangement and Scheduling
-According to the production plan, reasonably allocate work tasks to production personnel to ensure the smooth progress of the production process.
-Confirm the production progress in each time period, solve the bottleneck problems in production, and ensure that the production tasks are completed on time.

2. On-site Management
-Responsible for the daily management of production line employees, including daily attendance confirmation, 5S confirmation, production discipline management, etc.
-Organize new employee training, guide and help employees improve their work skills and improve work efficiency.

3. Quality Management
-Promote quality standards and requirements to employees to ensure that employees understand and comply with quality specifications.
-Supervise the quality status in the production process and promptly discover and correct quality problems.


Other Requirements-
-Have a certain number of years (such as more than 2 years) of production management experience, familiar with production processes and management methods.
-Have good written and oral communication skills, and be able to clearly communicate production tasks.
-Be able to flexibly respond to various changes and emergencies in production.
-Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and be able to withstand work pressure.
-Must abide by the company's work system and be able to adapt to the rotation of day and night shifts
-Good in Microsoft Office function
