PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Key Task :-
• Oversees daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.
• Responsibilities include coordinating production planning, assigning tasks to production teams, monitoring workflow, and resolving issues that affect output or quality.
• The role involves enforcing safety procedures, tracking production performance, preparing basic reports, and communicating clearly with management and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess skills in managing Production Schedules and basic Production Planning to ensure timely and efficient output.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with production staff, maintenance teams, and management.
