Production Supervisor

Requirements

-At least a professional certificate, diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma or engineering electrical and electronic degree or equivalent
-5 years of experience in cable industry experience
-Able to communicate and translate with mandarin
-Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
-Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
-Computer literate and numerate.
-Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
-Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
-Aggressive and fast learner.
-Good attitude and responsible character.
-Business-minded with entrepreneurship skills.

Responsibility

-Identify all issues in team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards on everyday basis.
-Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines.
-Coordinate with equipment and process teams and ensure compliance to all protocols and maintain product quality.
-Manage and prioritize all production processes and implement all production plans.
-Prepare necessary paperwork, administer and maintain records of all documents.
-Maintain a clean and safe working environment
