Production Supervisor/Executive - Batu Kawan

Job Description：
-Ensure the completion of production tasks within the team on time, quality and quantity;
-Feedback and deal with all kinds of emergencies and current situations in the production line with records generated
-Call team members for meetings: convey instructions from superiors, mobilize the enthusiasm of all staff in the team, and ensure the standards of various production tasks;
-Inspected the production line; Exception handling: It is necessary to have a strong ability to cope with and respond to anomalies on site;
-Responsible for department staff training

Requirements：
-Diploma or degree holder
-At least 1-3 years working experience in manufacturing and management
-Possess analytical skill with precise thinking, responsible, playing a leading role in production
-Experience in optical module and optical device industry is an advantage.
-Good communication skills in liaising with Headquarter in Wuhan, China.

Skills Required：
-Possess analytical, management and organizational skills to lead the team
-Good communicate in Liaising with Headquarter in Wuhan, China and all races in Malaysia ( read and write )
