Production & Warehouse Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
1) Lead and supervise the operation team & warehouse team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to foster continuous improvement and teamwork.

2) Ensure manpower allocation and shift planning meet production schedules efficiently.

3) Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets. -Monitor and optimize workflow between warehouse & Production operation.

4) Manage end-to-end warehouse operations while ensuring accurate inventory control, First-in/First-out compliance, stock optimization, and full traceability with timely resolution of discrepancies.

5) Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards by enforcing SOPs, supporting audits, maintaining workplace organization, and collaborating to minimize defects.

6) Drive operational improvements through process optimization, coordinate equipment maintenance with engineering teams, and support cost reduction and waste minimization initiatives.

7) Support cross-functional projects while ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting sustainability, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and developing training to enhance team capability.



Requirements:

At least 5 years of hands-on production experience, preferably in machinery, equipment-based, or industrial manufacturing environments.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of management experience in production or manufacturing operations, with proven team leadership responsibilities.

Strong understanding of production operations, preventive maintenance coordination, and production process optimization.

Solid knowledge of inventory control, quality standards, safety regulations, and continuous improvement practices.
