Project Executive (Operations)

Job Requirements:

- Possess diploma with minimum 2 years working experience in logistics management or equivalent

- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Words, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- High commitment and supportive to the team

- Self motivated, independent and willing to work during odd hours to meet deadline



Job Descriptions:

- To handle all types of shipment including preparation of temporary import and export documents & ATA Carnet.

- Assist to do all the running job for application of permit required from the related authority

- Proper planning and coordination with respective operation team, vendors, and agents to ensure timely delivery for all jobs

- Ensure all enquiries from all parties attended timely

- Prepare and quote to customer and/or agent if required

- Able to use the company operating system efficiently (Job creation, generating invoice and reports)

- To conduct inspection/coordination at site for delivery and collection of shipment
