Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Quantity Surveyor to join our team, specialising in interior design and build projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying, tender preparation, progress claim verification, technical drawings, and on-site supervision to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

-Perform quantity surveying, cost estimation, and material quantity calculations.

-Prepare tender documents, quotations, and other project-related documentation.

-Verify contractors’ progress claims and monitor project costs.

-Prepare and revise 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD.

-Conduct site visits and supervise on-site work to ensure quality and project progress.

Requirements

-Certificate or higher qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction and interior design and build projects.

-Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Microsoft Excel, and SketchUp.

-Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

-Must possess a valid driving licence, own transport, and be willing to travel to project sites.

-Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and coordinate effectively with project stakeholders.
