Project Manager (Interior Design Fit-Out) - Mandarin Speaker

We're expanding our team and we looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Site Manager to manage the awarded project from beginning to the end of the project. To liaise with contractor at site, monitor the process. Able to chair meeting, internal and external. To advice on the project time frame. Are you a people person with experience in Site Project Management and Interior Designing? This role may be for you!

What are your job responsibilities?

To oversee overall project activities and take lead on project implementation, develop a detailed project execution plan to monitor and track project site performance and oversee site works progress to ensure successful completion.

To liaise and coordination with clients, contractor, sub-contractors, carpentry, supplier and relevant authorities to ensure execution and quality plan and execution of the contract requirements.

To plan and execute manpower, materials, equipment and other resources required for project

To manage & monitor supervision on the works performed by in-house staff or subcontractors at sites and to motivate the entire team.

Coordinate with all relevant department and work as a team.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site progressive reports & updates with designer and management.

To reports and develop remedial measures if necessary

To attend all related meeting as required.

Responsible for project’s correspondence and documentations.

Monitoring safety & regulations on-site.

Problem-solving on site to address any issues: Able to arrange and coordinate meeting with all relevant parties to resolve all the design and construction matters.

Handle & manage defect works.

Ensure that the project is completely handed over without any issues & within timeline.

To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the management.

Malaysian citizens preferred.
