Project Manager (Property Developer)

Responsibilities:
-Manage and lead the project team to complete the assigned project in a timely and cost effective manner
-Ensure that project objectives are achieved and projects are delivered successfully in accordance with agreed scope, time frame, budget, quality and safety standards
-Coordinate and liaise effectively with consultants and other government authorities in getting necessary approval
-Monitor the works carried out by the specialists, contractors and to ensure the works conform to relevant specifications and standards and to the approved designs
-Plan and manage project implementation to meet all requirements
-Participate in the development and execution of processes and contracts to procure design, construction and other construction related services

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Structural/ M&E Engineering or equivalent qualification
-Minimum 8 years and above experience in mass housing project and related infrastructure works
-Self-motivated and results oriented with high level of integrity and professionalism
-Team player
-Good organizational, communication and relationship building skills, resourceful, result-oriented, customer-centric with the ability to multi-task
-Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia with excellent communication and writing skills. Candidates proficient in Mandarin-speaking will be added advantage.
-Flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and commitment to independent
-Understanding of financial aspects of running a project on time and on budget
