Project Marketing Executive

Project Marketing ExecutiveJob Description / Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new project sales opportunities within the construction and real estate sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
Present product portfolios and technical solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closing and post-sales support.
Prepare and deliver project proposals, quotations, samples, and presentations.
Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the internal sales team to achieve company tile sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and expand the client base.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related industry (construction, building materials, or real estate preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Willing to travel locally and outstation for client visits.
