Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
-Identify and develop new business opportunities of Smart Home & Smart Hotel Solutions with property developers, architects, consultants, hotels, and contractors.

Client Relationship Management
-Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers in the property development and hospitality industry.

Project Sales Management
-Manage the full sales cycle including enquiry handling, proposal preparation, negotiation, and project confirmation.

Product Presentation
-Introduce and promote the company’s smart door lock, smart home and smart hotel solutions to potential clients.

Project Coordination
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting
-Maintain proper records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management.
