Project Supervisor

Job Description



Drive & promote safe behavior in accordance with the Management System

Ensure builders works are in accordance to requirements.

Coordinate with Project Manager for site readiness.

Attend site coordination meetings on builders works and safety.

Coordinate with Project Manager to achieve performance targets.

Supervise installation process (installation manual).

Plan and coordinate daily installation tasks.

Check tools are available and according to standard requirement.

Accompany PSI for SAIS inspection & responsible for FPY.

Coordinate with Project Manager to prepare for JKKP inspection & responsible for FPY.

Implement installation method for new release.

Check tools are available and according to standard requirement.

Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure installer resources (H/TF/CF) are available.

Supervise & execute material, checklists & documentation (letters/memo to builders).

Responsible for installer certification.



Key Requirements



Minimum with SPM or Diploma.

Minimum 2 years of experience in lift installation.

Good communication in both Bahasa and English.

Installation experience preferable in lift & escalator industry

Self-motivated and dynamic

Process oriented and proactive in action.

Experience in Lift & Escalator JKKP code.

Multitasking and has problem solving techniques.

Result oriented and has high discipline.
