To market new projects or sub-sales / existing properties / 推广新项目或二手房 / 现有房产

To introduce or propose investment opportunities to clients / 向客户介绍或推荐投资机会

To consult and assist clients for the process of selling/ purchasing properties /协助客户完成房产买卖交易

Negotiate and deal with all parties involved in sale and rental of properties / 负责与各方进行洽谈与协调并处理房产买卖及租赁事务

To provide excellent sales and customer service / 提供卓越的销售和客户服务

Follow up with buyer and seller, close the deal / 跟进买家与卖家，促成交易
