Purchaser / Buyer (Fresh grad welcomed) - Senai

Job Responsibilities:
-Supplier Sourcing & Development: Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers based on project needs.
-Supplier Management: Monitor supplier performance, conduct evaluations, and build long-term partnerships.
-Procurement Execution: Create purchase orders, manage delivery timelines, and resolve supply issues.
-Cost Control & Analysis: Conduct price comparison, cost analysis, and implement cost reduction initiatives.
-Documentation & Payment Coordination: Handle contracts, price agreements, supplier reconciliation, invoices, and monthly reports.

Job Requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
-At least 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
-Fluent in Mandarin (written & spoken), English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with overseas suppliers and regional internal staff.
-Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Basic knowledge of procurement laws and regulations.
-Ability to handle pressure while maintaining accuracy and detail.
