Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Executing & performing all activities of the procurement, by assisting Contract & Project Dept. via: -
-Evaluating suppliers, products and services
-Sourcing for all approved materials, products, machineries and accessories
-Establishing alternative suppliers
-Ensuring all products purchased are cost effectiveness and complied with company standard requirements
-Negotiating processes
-Issuance, follow up & upkeep of all Purchase Orders & deliveries
-Coordinating with all other departments to ensure all procurement activities is in compliance with the terms of contracts/purchases
-Coordinating with Contract/Project Department to ensure the sourced products/services are complied with contract’s specifications & requirements prior to any purchase
-Reviewing & comparing the products in terms of specifications and pricing
-Preparing cost analyses reports
-Managing inventories & upkeeping products’ pricing records
-Maintaining positive suppliers’ relationship
-Assisting Contract Department in all administrative activities

Job Requirements:
-Must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administrative or equivalent.
-Min. 2 years of experience as a procurement executive or in similar position (eg. Buyer, purchaser), preferable with experience in construction industry
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel & SQL
-Strong communication and negotiation skill
-Strong analytical skill
-Positive attitude and attention to details
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
