Responsibilities
1. Retrieve the Planned Order Report daily and save a copy of the MRP Detailed Inquiry on the server.
2. Send out RFQs and raise Purchase Orders (POs) daily in accordance with the Planned Order Report.
3. Ensure that purchased materials comply with company standards for cost, delivery, and quality.
4. Issue POs to suppliers and follow up on shipment status.
5. Coordinate rescheduling with suppliers and update system due dates as required.
6. Ensure material availability to support production and meet customer requirements on time.
7. Ensure that the QAD system is properly maintained and updated.
