PURCHASING CLERK

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Request quotations from suppliers and compare prices, quality, and delivery term
-Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) based on approved requests.
-Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, components, and consumables according to production needs.
-Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate terms when necessary.
-Ensure all deliveries match the PO in terms of quantity, quality, and specifications.
-Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods according to PO and delivery documents.
-Monitor and record stock in/out
-Handle ad-hoc work given by superior
-Any other tasks assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENT:
-Candidate must possess Diploma in any related field
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well
-Required Language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin an added advantage
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Able to multi-task and work independently
-Must be proactive and able to start work immediately
