Purchasing Executive

About the role

This is a full-time Purchasing Executive role based in Shah Alam, Selangor at U-NINE Enterprise Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturing and logistics company. As a Purchasing Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth procurement of materials and supplies to support the company's manufacturing and distribution operations.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, placing orders, to tracking deliveries

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and source the most suitable products and services

Maintain and enhance supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials

Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to avoid production delays or disruptions

Analyse purchasing data and provide insights to improve procurement strategies and cost savings

Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures
