Purchasing Executive

Job Description:
Coordinate new products proposal and reordering process
Price comparison by doing market survey
Monitor warehouse and stores inventory
Ensure suppliers’ delivery
Produce, review reports and forecast with the counterpart
Monitor sales performance of products
Negotiate price, quantities and delivery time scales
Manage relationship with counterpart and key suppliers
Identify and shortlist suitable suppliers /manufacturers

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Degree/ Diploma in any field
At least 1-2 years working experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (need to liaise with mandarin speaker)
Good negotiation and bargaining skills
Able to work independently
Fast learner
Able to work under pressure
Proficient computer skills (Excel, Power Point)
Willing to travel when needed
